College Possible Chicago Named One of Seven Beneficiaries of Invest For Kids Conference

We are pleased to announce that College Possible Chicago has been named a beneficiary of the 11th Annual Invest For Kids conference, which took place Oct. 26 at the Harris Theater. The four-hour conference, founded by Ron Levin and Ben Kovler in 2009, brought prominent investment managers to present their ideas to the Chicago investment community in concise, 15-minute presentations.

The majority of the proceeds from ticket sales are divided among seven organizations whose work benefits underprivileged youth. The six other beneficiaries of the 2019 conference are: Chicago Math and Science Academy, Future Founders, Erie Teen Center, Metro Squash, Intonation and Intrinsic Schools.

Invest For Kids raised approximately $1.4 million to date, bringing the total number of funds raised since 2009 to $15 million. College Possible is honored to receive this donation, which will help in our efforts to increase our reach within Chicago Public Schools and provide further support to students on their journey to and through college.
