College Possible more than doubles the chances a low-income student will enroll in a four-year institution. A 2011 Harvard study compared College Possible students to very similar students who did not participate in the program.
Overall, 98 percent of the students we assisted have earned admission to college. Historically, College Possible students who are admitted to college have a 92 percent enrollment rate.
Nearly 80 percent of our students who enrolled in college are still working toward their college degree or have graduated. According to a recent study, students from upper-income families are ten times more likely to earn a college degree by age 24 than their low-income peers.
Students in our program have shown an average ACT score improvement of 21 percent. By comparison, leading for-profit companies advertise average increases of 12-14 percent.
