Customized Coaching to Support Students on their Paths to College Success

College Possible’s Navigate Program serves students across Minnesota and Oregon using a virtual model. The program engages with students wherever and whenever they need support: through individualized coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing, and engaging curriculum on social media. The Oregon program also includes in-person sessions at high schools at least once a month.

Students in the program receive personalized coaching beginning their junior year of high school and continuing until they graduate from college. Eligible students hold a 2.5 GPA or higher and come from a low-income background. Personalized coaching in high school includes:

  • orientation to the college application process
  • ACT test preparation
  • college essay and application assistance
  • financial aid and scholarship application support
  • college selection and transition advising

In college, students continue to receive support through college graduation, including financial aid advising, study skill and self-advocacy development and connections to on-campus resources.
