College Possible’s Navigate Program serves students across Minnesota, Oregon and Wisconsin using a virtual model. The program engages with students wherever and whenever they need support: through individualized coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing, and engaging curriculum on social media. The Oregon and Wisconsin programs also include in-person sessions at high schools at least once a month.
Students in the program receive personalized coaching beginning their junior year of high school and continuing until they graduate from college. Eligible students hold a 2.5 GPA or higher and come from a low-income background. Personalized coaching in high school includes:
In college, students continue to receive support through college graduation, including financial aid advising, study skill and self-advocacy development and connections to on-campus resources.
