Service Position Summary
Assist in creating systems that centralize and improve student and volunteer recruitment efforts. Support professional evaluators and leadership team in implementing program evaluation. Plan and sustain exploration efforts for new and start-up branches. Draft written materials outlining the organization’s approach to communications, technology, office management, and other functional areas.

Essential Functions
- Advance College Possible’s research efforts by supporting the implementation of a programmatic evaluation
- Participate in exploration and launch of new branch sites
- Create written materials explaining College Possible’s work and operations for internal use
- Advance College Possible’s program reach by building centralized systems for student recruitment efforts
- Develop a centralized approach to volunteer recruitment

Marginal Functions
- Serve as a substitute in junior and senior class sessions
- Supervise 9th and 10th grade workshops at partner high schools
- Assist with campus visits, college fairs, and other events for students as requested
- Assist with other organizational tasks as requested

Requirements
College degree required. Strong interest in education, youth work, social services, or related fields. Comfort working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Demonstrated commitment to public service and social justice. Excellent leadership and communication skills; and outstanding organization and time management abilities. Able to multi-task and handle potentially stressful situations with maturity. Capable of working independently and with others. Energy and creativity in working with young people. Access to reliable transportation required.
