Laura Gillund is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience creating, growing and developing human resources teams and services to match unique business needs and drive organizational performance. As Chief Talent Officer at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI), she supports the organization’s fast paced growth through leadership, talent development and the creation of scalable human capital systems. Prior to joining CSI, Laura was Vice President Human Resources for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Laura serves on the Allina Health System Board of Directors and actively supports the Carlson School of Business Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies as a member of their advisory board.
Laura and her husband, Rob, have two children and reside in Edina, Minnesota.
