The students in College Possible Omaha have achieved remarkable results this year! The high school and college-aged students we serve have worked tirelessly to make their college dreams a reality.
We are honored to recognize the Summer Scholars program through the University of Nebraska at Omaha as our Community Partner of the Month! The Summer Scholars program provides a six-week academic experience for diverse, incoming high school seniors.

College Possible Milwaukee Board Chair, Susan Mikulay, has been selected to receive a 2015 Governor’s Award for Service at a Madison ceremony on June 4, 2015. Mikulay will receive the Marty Stein Friend of National Service Exemplary Supporter Award presented by Serve Wisconsin.
Josh is the first College Possible student to earn admission to Harvard University.
“Before College Possible, I didn’t have much figured out. I just figured I’d go to community college,” he said. Josh graduated on June 11th from David Douglas High School.

Julie Mancini has joined the growing nonprofit as executive director of College Possible Portland. Julie comes to College Possible with a wealth of experiences, both in the non-profit sector, as a business consultant, and as an educator.
Omaha Gives!, the largest day of charitable giving in Nebraska, is May 20! We are growing to serve more students in the Omaha area next year, and we need your help to make it happen. Our local board members are providing $15,000 of matching funds for Omaha Gives! This means every dollar donated will automatically double, dollar for dollar. Every gift matters in order to capitalize on all of the matching funds!
