Ninety-nine percent of the [College Possible] class of 2008 got into college – 99 percent. The vast majority of students stay in college and earn their degrees. [College Possible] operates in just two states now, so imagine if it were ten or 20 or 50.” Read a full transcript or watch a video of the President's remarks.
