About College Possible Connects

College Possible connects promising, low-income students to the best colleges for them; those that challenge them and help them achieve their dreams. This means we work with many colleges across the country. Some of our partner colleges have taken extra steps to commit to our mission, working closely with College Possible to recruit and retain students in need.

Our Partners

  • COLLABORATE with College Possible staff to create an access and success strategy
  • BRIDGE with College Possible students and staff at exclusive events
  • Help College Possible students EXPLORE by hosting them on campus

Collaborate With College Possible Staff To Create An Access And Success Strategy

Increased efforts to ensure student success at your college will serve as a catalyst for developing a pipeline of students to your campus, from high school through college graduation and beyond. At the highest level of support, partner colleges will work closely with College Possible staff to develop this pipeline and engage students, current and former, in the process.

Benefits for partner colleges at the Collaborate level include:

  • A dedicated College Coach, supported in part by the partner college, to work directly with students on campus
  • The implementation of specialized campus events and success programming on campus, specifically tailored to retention and graduation strategies that maximize support services for student success
  • Developing a pipeline of College Possible students on your college campus through a Student Ambassador program
  • Opportunities to build awareness of the partnership through educational materials and inclusion in College Possible publications, website and other platforms

Help College Possible Students Explore By Hosting Them On Campus

Campus visits allow students the chance to explore their college options and find the right college fit and provides colleges the opportunity to reach a number of prospective students. A campus hosting a visit with our group typically provides transportation, food and lodging costs if necessary. These trips are one of the highlights of the year for our students, and often play a significant role in determining where our students apply and attend college.

Benefits for partner colleges at the Explore level include:

  • Generating early exposure of your college to juniors and outreach efforts to seniors
  • Receiving contact information for prospective students and their high school coaches
  • Assistance by College Possible Events Coordinator in planning the visit
  • Official inclusion in College Possible promotional materials
